Echo Park

Angelino Heights, the most picturesque part of Echo Park near Echo Lake, has more than 50 Victorian homes in a district established in 1983 as the city's first Historic Preservation Overlay Zone. Carroll Avenue there has the highest collection of Victorian houses in Southern California.
